Right now, there’s a lot to experience in Destiny 2, and the newly released Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack has added even more content. While it’s not necessary for players to go out of their way to buy the Forsaken expansion, to keep a hold of their Stasis subclasses and participate in other content, players will need to shell out some extra cash. To maintain access to all of the Destiny 2 content that's been provided by Xbox Game Pass, and more, subscribers that use consoles or the cloud should be prepared to spend a decent amount of money.
This is going to mean that a lot of Guardians on Xbox systems need to figure out which versions of the game will be best for them following the premium content’s disappearance from Xbox Game Pass. While PC subscribers need not worry, as the premium content they receive will remain accessible there, console and cloud gamers will lose access to any paid Destiny 2 content they haven’t yet purchased.
The vaulting of the Forsaken expansion from Destiny 2 is rapidly approaching, but before that, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will see all of the game’s expansions leave the service.
